Coffee and Work

Hello and welcome!

If you’re here, I guess you want to know more about my work and whatever else I decided to share. I hope you have a good time and will be encouraged to drop me a message. I’d love to have a coffee with you!

This is what you should know about me.

I became a researcher for two reasons.

First, I’m a curious soul and always try to develop a holistic view of whatever issues find my way. Every single being has its own truth, and finding ways to aggregate these differences is something all of us must strive for.

Second, as any academic, I want to change the world! The sole reason for exploring the field and developing theories about it is to make the world a better place to exist in.

I have tried many things in my life.  Still, the scholarly journey is, to me, THE way to be challenged [and challenge others] and creative [and inspire creativity] to improve living beings lives.

Gislene Feiten Haubrich, PhD

My friends often ask me: Where are you now? Well, I’m around! I consider myself a citizen of the world. I’ve moved and adopted Europe [as well as Europe adopted me] as my home since 2020. I truly admire many Europeans’ efforts to make this place a better place to live. I fully subscribe to what Dominique Wolton wrote: Vive l’incommunication. La victoire de l’Europe. Is Europe perfect? Of course not. But many people are trying to do better, and that’s what our world needs.
